I am alive right now.
I accept my existence and the existence of what is.

Is it possible?

As I accept existence, I allow myself to connect with my Self and what is: me, you and everything else.

Do you?

When I am connected I can act in the best interest of all, mine included.

Are you aware?

As a result of my actions I create my part of this life that we all share.

Can you feel it?

The sum of our creations is the collective manifestation of life, the life we share, right now.

Do you realize?

Only collectively can we manifest. Only conscious collectively can we manifest consciously, aware of our intentions.

One word: Integrity

First, I choose to be honest with myself.

When your body hurts, do you listen to your mind to find out what to do, or do you feel what’s going on in your body to find out what’s happening?

I released the control of my body to my body a long time ago. Around the same time I committed to myself that my mind will always be honest with my body.

Who is in control of your body, your words and your actions? I believe that we are in control until we release that control to another source of control.

In our mind, which we humans generally believe is our brain, we have the ability to think. With our thoughts we take actions to create our reality. Agreed?

As a child I chose to always satisfy other people’s needs, and I neglected consciously my own needs and desires. In order to hide these slowly building frustrations, I came up with stories in my head as to why I didn’t need this or that. After a few years, the stories in my head were defining who I was, so I was telling my stories to people all the time.

Sounds familiar?

The stories became the standard of my life, constantly serving other’s needs.

I realize today that I was out of integrity with myself and with others. When I tell people stories, I manipulate people.

When I tell stories, I make up and control with my thoughts the architecture of the stories. My brain is constantly working to keep my reality alive, as I am the only one thinking it exactly the way I need it, to keep face. As a result, my synapses in the brain are firing 100 times more to keep up with the reality I create in my mind.

When I am present in the moment, fully accepting and at peace, not thinking about anything, nothing to worry about, then my synapses only barely fire, and I am still and even more aware of  what is going on…

You can imagine fireworks in your brain with all the thoughts pushing each other in all directions.

How could I hear myself in this chaos? How can I hear the only one voice of truth? “One” because there is only what is, and that is the one truth.

I have learned from Drunvalo Melchizedek ‘s meditation on moving the mind from my brain to my heart, to bring my awareness in my heart. In my heart I have discovered my center of power for decision making, this is where we make our own choices.

In the silence of my mind, and with the guidance of my heart’s choices, I am able to observe life.

When I observe life I discover that life has more to offer than my mind can conceive.

In the peace of my mind, I let my truth speak through me. When I communicate, I speak my truth, in integrity. There, I allow people communicating with me to make their own choices based on their truth, and with the knowledge of my truth.

Together, sharing collective truth, consciously, we manifest the life we experience together. During a recent adventure, I was able to share this collective experience of manifestation.

A year ago my dear friend Shannon, aka WiseRiver, had the urgent desire to satisfy a dream. Shannon wanted to go swim with cetaceans, whales and dolphins. Here is in Shannon’s own words how our Turquoise Bubble Pod was born.

“Winter Solstice 2010, I saw a glimpse in my mind’s eye of being with the whales healing the oceans. My heart went out to want to do this: being with the whales and healing our oceans. I remembered a radio interview with Joan Ocean years ago that I heard in 2006. I googled her name and found her website and email. I emailed her my glimpse. She emailed back an amazing letter sharing with me that we can swim with Dolphins. At that point it started to become a reality. I asked my friend Virginia, an amazing Clairvoyant, to check the energy of actually doing this. She said, “Oh yes! a lot of Joy and I see a beautiful Turquoise energy (that’s how we got the Turquoise name.)

In january, I shared the idea with Janet, Linda and Benoit. They all loved it! This is serious now!  Meanwhile since Winter Solstice 2010, I had been sending daily long-distance Reiki to the oceans and all the Cetaceans. It was from Joan, Linda, Janet and Benoit, and my eventual “chance” meeting with Lama Zopa  who was doing an Ocean Puja in February 2011 (Tibetan New Year) on the Golden Gate Bridge that sealed the deal. I now believe our Pod of Healers have been called by the Dolphins and our galactic friends in Higher Vibrational Places. When Shannon contacted me among a group of her close friends, she was clear in her intentions and took ownership of the process so all we had to do is to decide yes or no.

In August 2011, eight of us made the commitment and showed up for a multidimensional, emotional and spiritual awakening experience. We call ourselves the Turquoise Bubble Pod.

Each of us viewed this journey to swim with dolphins as an adventure. We were drawn to connect with dolphins and share our unconditional love. We each brought our truth, uncertain of what to expect, while prepared for all possibilities.

Joan guided us to our dolphin connections, and we were welcome on our first outing by over a hundred wild spinner dolphins ready to play.

This instant connection extended our group collective consciousness, sealed by our group intention, to a new dimension of life. We felt that we tapped into the power of collective consciousness, with the ability to manifest consciously as a group.

We even have evidence! We took a series of group pictures with Joan at the SkyIsland Ranch, each picture having several orbs. To our amazement, in one of the pictures appeared a turquoise orb. We believe that we manifested consciously as a group, our turquoise bubble energy.

I have certainly felt more confident since this powerful experience.

Each day I witness the speed of conscious manifestation.

The time between me formulating my need and the need being satisfied has become shorter and shorter, to the point of instantaneous, and eventually a need is satisfied before I even realize I have the need.

Only when I am at peace, when my thoughts only serve to maximize the moment, am I able to release my desires to the collective consciousness. In turn, our collective consciousness facilitates life to match our needs in the moment.

The clearer are my intentions the faster they manifest. It’s amazing, try it. Ask and you shall receive. It works!

I ended the summer at the Burning Man festival where with a group of 20 friends we put together a camp for a week in the Nevada desert. There again, I experienced collective consciousness — over fifty thousand people with their mind present in the moment. Without the everyday distractions of the news media, we were able to create daily the reality of our own choice consciously together.

Today integrity is more than a necessity, it is a requirement.

We are all undergoing a fast transformation. Our reality has changed drastically in the past years, and even months.

I understand this shift to be part of our ascension to higher dimensional existence. We are moving from the 3rd into the 4th dimension and beyond.

As part of this transformation we are forced to live in integrity.

The energy shift that comes with a higher frequency of existence means that our thoughts now manifest much and much faster into our reality today.

Our collective manifestation unites us, seals the bonds of humanity as one conscious being made of seven billion humans.

Once united, we are infinite.

In the infinite world of possibilities, we find us all together as one.

One consciousness, dividing itself to better experience.

When our words intend action and no action follows, the energy generated by our words disperses in all directions.

Our inaction creates a void that leaves room for other energies to take over, and the resulting creation is the manifestation of others’ thoughts and actions.

The life that we all share right now is the creation of our actual common actions.

When we act we spend energy.

When we act we swim in the flow of all combined actions; we create a new energy flow adding to the universal ocean of energy.

Action leads to Creation, the result of our life in motion.

Action re-purposes energy with our intention of the moment. The re-purposed energy is our creation.

Now a question remains: in which reality do you manifest your creation?

We have two main active reality matrices on earth.

One Matrix is an artificial creation, the old protocol of politics, money, sport, religion and entertainment, that give our minds artificial reasons to be.

Then there is a natural matrix, the Earth Matrix connected to all universal matrices.

Matrices are connections of energy sources that create a grid, providing a structure for life to grow from.

Animals are connected to the Earth Matrix. That is why they feel earthquakes coming, and know to go to higher elevations before a tsunami hits.

So in which matrix do you act, in which matrix do you create and in which matrix does it manifest?

The answer is all of the above.

The difference is in which matrix your focus is, where you put your awareness.

Then, the only thing that matters is where our consciousness is focused: in that focus manifests our creations.

Create consciously, and master your manifestations.

I exist and I connect with others I adapt to.

Together we act to create and manifest our dreams.

We unite, all infinite possibilities, and realize we operate as one.

Welcome to our lives, freedom of the Self.

Today, we are free to make our own choices, in the interest of all, including those not aware of their freedom yet.

Our scientists today explain up to twelve dimensions of existence, where reside parallel universes, called the Multiverse.

Outside this field resides a thirteenth dimension of infinite possibilities.

For a train to move, all coaches are lined up and securely attached to each other. The engine is attached to the chain. Now the train can move.

Every moment of my life is filled with Action that builds my reality. To move like the train, I need my actions lined up and coherent, so my Self can move consciously.

Now I am ready for Action.
Action!

In the morning I wake up.

The first action of the day that I am aware of is to wake up.
I am by choice transitioning from one state of consciousness to another; that is my action. Some choose to stay in their dream state while others choose to wake up to this reality.

So what is your action after you wake up? Do you open your eyes, stretch your body or stop your alarm?

What is your third action?

In other words, are you aware that you are in Action?

Once you are aware of your Action you can then understand what dictates your Action and what motivates you to act.

Before your action, which thoughts do you choose from the 13th dimension of infinite possibilities?

When in action we enter the action flow, the energy flow or the movement of combined actions.

Our actions can then be reactive to the actions around us or proactive to influence the actions around us.

Life I often feel is like a roller coaster. What I have learned on roller coasters is to completely let go of control and to trust.

Similarly, in life, my action is to let go of control and trust that I am always in the right place at the right time… and I always am in the moment.

Trust.

When I am in sync with the universal flow of energy, opportunities, same as possibilities, line up for me to grab, satisfying exactly what I need in the moment.

The universe provides me everything I need when I need it.

With trust that my Self is always in the right place at the right time, the only choice I need to make is to grab what comes to me.

I trust that you are your Self.

I trust my Self to want what I need.

In the end, when we know what we want, we discover that it is our purpose to find new wants, and once found, act on those wants with self trust.

And from action comes creation.

Like the captain of a ship adapts to the sea, we adapt to life’s energy currents each step of the way.
With our deep encoded programming from childhood, we navigate as has been taught to us in real life experiences, words and actions.

When we avoid who we really are, shame of our weakness or false modesty of our strength, we steer our ship into the troubled water out of our natural smooth path. We literally disrupt our connection to life’s energy grid and loose part of its support.

Each experience out of our path is meant to teach us a skill that allows us to stay on path.
We adapt to life’s currents by finding our way in and around them.

Now, what happens to a ship when the lonely captain falls asleep, day dreams, and gets lost in distractions? If the captain knows where he or she is and knows his or her status then he or she can afford the risk. If the captains takes him or herself  and surroundings for granted, the currents will decide the captain’s fate.

Adapt or be adapted.

We each exist with our own identity.

I allow others to be who they are.

I allow others to have what I perceive as their strengths or weaknesses.

I allow others to be and I adapt to them.

In relationships I have learned to adapt to my partners and to my friends.  At first I fell into the common trap of trying to change my friend or partner to be what I want him or her to be. As a result I was forcing people to be someone else than who they were.

Ultimately I found free will the key to partnership. I do what I want, and you do what you want, and when we want the same thing, we are partners. With free will I choose to adapt.

I learn from others and grow when I adapt.

We take things for granted like a car, a complex assembled piece of machinery. We expect it to fit our comfort and needs, forgetting the work required to allow us to have cars. Here we have a chance to appreciate the effort of others and adapt to another’s genius, being thankful.

Same with eating, recently I went through a phase of eating only dates and raw almond/hazelnut butter for dinner for over a month. I heard from several that it was too much sugar. My experience is that the dates and nuts contain nutritional value for a whole meal, providing to the body only what it needs for being satiated and ready for endurance, ask the Bedouin in the Sahara desert how he adapts to life in the desert.

We want one thing and there is already a better solution out there, this I say is worth adapting to.

As I adapt unconditionally, I trust others to be themselves, to make the mistakes they make and to deliver their own magic, consciously and unconsciously.

As I adapt to others I make it easier for others to adapt to me.

Adapt or be adapted.

Recently in an article in a major US newspaper, I read about India, having “a power starved economy.” For thousands of years, India has functioned without electricity, on human and nature born power, like the rest of the world.

Who adapts to what?

Has India lost its power? Have people lost their power?

Are we replacing our power with electricity?

What are we adapting to?

Are we being adapted while we are distracted?

I adapt consciously, do you?

As I have no TV I have all this time on my legs to connect with real people, which allows me to adapt to other lives and heal and grow together, all as one.

Life once I live mine is amazing. Every day I wake up with the feeling of another amazing day, full of surprises.

From my awareness of existence, once I am fully aware of my Self, fully accepting of my Self and myself, I have a clearer awareness of life outside of me; me, you or anyone.

With that clearer awareness I find the entry points to connect.

I CONNECT by tuning in to a frequency.

WE, CONNECT.

We connect with words, with looks, with touch, with shared experiences, with money, with sex.

Our energy fields in physical closeness merge.

For the longest time I wondered why I fall in love with everyone I connect with sexually. And, at the same time love for people close to my heart grows as well. I have to say I was very confused. How was it possible, other than everything is possible?

One day a door opened in my heart and my mind made peace with love, accepting that love is the frequency of life, the vibration of motion that keeps us all connected, all one. This means to me that love is everywhere, that we are all connected by love.

I have read from others the same vision as mine that relationships are based on how we complement each other and not on love since love is there for everyone.

So what I keep experiencing is simply the feeling that comes from connecting physically, sexually and energetically.
When the connection is established, I get to experience the physical feeling of life, a release of the body in the flow of universal energy.

We connect, every day, every moment.

Innocent children connect with each other like puppy dogs sniff everything, connecting with the outside world to discover it.

In our modern societies we have suppressed our innate desire to connect, due to our fears to be judged.

Today, we have the opportunity to be free again to connect.

We connect with each other through the Internet more than we have in person in most likely thousands of years.

Today we connect across borders and all classification is lost.

We are connected as one.

I start right now getting in touch with my feelings, then my awareness shifts outside of my body and connects with energy outside of me.

Like my body connects with water when I jump in a cold pool, my ego with pride shows no emotions to the shock. As a result the energy I released, loaded with whatever feeling I held when shocked, finds a place of storage in the body until I am ready to process it.

Our body has been a mega-giga storage unit of unprocessed emotions.

And so what happens to this unprocessed energy? Energy is constantly in motion, and like water it follows the path of least resistance, unless consciously channeled…

When i am connected I learn to channel.

Connect with a friend and energy is channeled between cores, surrounding energy flows and energy aimed at you, like voices and physical acts.

In love we actively channel heart to heart.

With joined intentions living as one heart we co-create perfection and especially we act, we create, together connected we grow better right now as one.

In the moment, I am.

Right now, I am.

Right now, You are.

We, our consciousness, always have been, always are and always will be.

I was born in this physical world like you.

My physical life started as an egg created in the ovary of my mother when she was a four month old fetus in my grandmother’s womb, like you.

I breath, or I am being breathed?- depending on perspective, like you.

I nourish my body at all levels, like you.

I release unused energy and energy I create in all shapes and forms, like you.

I am in motion alternated with stillness, like you.

I came to exist on this beautiful earth, like you.

I am my mind, like you.

I am my body, like you.

I am my Higher-Self, like you.

I am my own self, like you.

I am aware, more or less, like you.

I am conscious, sometime unconscious of my subconscious, like you.

I am one with all-that-is, like you.

I am, like you.

I am and we are.

I am free to be myself right now, like you.

I am a free being when I allow myself to be free, like you.

My mind is free to think whatever it wants, like you.

I consciously or unconsciously allow other individuals, outside thoughts, emotions, powers and forces to influence my thoughts, like you.

My heart manifests my thoughts, like you.

I am human, like you. Humanity, according to ancient Sumerian tablets, is a life form created on earth around 300,000 years ago to be slaves for gold mining by an extra terrestrial race.

Our known history tells a series of patterns of slavery throughout the world.

Our world financial and governmental system until now has fed our needs to, like oiling the pieces of a machine, enable us to serve their needs better, one mass consciousness controlled by a minority consciousness.

Today, I am free to be, free to choose my needs, free to express my wants, free to express myself, like you.

In the moment, I am free from slavery.

I am free from the belief that in our DNA, in our soul, in our body, in the depth of our culture we were slaves.

I invite you to connect with your self with a simple breathing exercise, which is the foundation of meditation and hypnosis and the start of our physical and emotional relaxation:

Lie or seat comfortably, so every part of your body is resting comfortably without effort.

Start by focusing on your breathing. Become aware of the air that comes in and out of your mouth.

When you are ready take a long and slow inhales through your nose, feeling the air going in through your nose, your sinus, into your throat down into your lungs, feel your lungs filling up from your stomach all the way to your chest.

Hold it for a few seconds, and slowly release it through your mouth, again feeling the air coming out of your lungs into your throat and out through your mouth, feeling your chest and stomach decompressing.
Repeat 5 times.

Now let your breathing happen in that slow comfortable rhythm.

Next, you are going to focus on each part of your body one by one.

Starting with your feet, or even your toes if you want to go through them one by one. Focus on your right foot then left foot if you want.
On the inhale, focus on that part of your body, and on the exhale, feeling your foot for example, feel your foot relaxing like it is going to sleep.
On the next slow inhale, move to the next part of your body, and repeat until your reach your head.

By the time you reach your head, if you were tired laying on your bed you will most likely have fallen asleep, and this is the most efficient way of falling asleep for people with a raging mind that can’t sleep at night.

This is also a very efficient way to have a restful and reparative sleep, to wake up recharged.

If you stay awake through the exercise you will most likely experience numbness in your body, like your  body is asleep and you are still conscious. In this state, your consciousness is in your heart while your mind is asleep with your body. You are free to let your mind wonder and in that place you are free to explore your inner self, your body and travel through the astral world; you just have to be ready to jump and let your consciousness take you where your inner-Self wants to take you.

At all times, while awake, you are in full control, you can stop on demand, you are the master of your thoughts, you are one with yourself.

I am a powerful being with infinite powers beyond the comprehension of my mind, like you.

The curse of slavery is lifted and I am free to be, like you.

In the moment, I am, like you: We Are.

First, I started writing three pages of automatic writing journal in the morning, writing about the day ahead, blessing all, friends,  family, colleagues, etc., food, earth, sun, life, etc. and describing a day of efficiency, creativity, where we all benefit of the experiences of the day.
Detached from the outcome, I get to experience my writing’s manifestation, and live a day full of surprises where matters resolve themselves faster and  faster.

The impact on my life is a fast transition to a new life where I get to experience my dreams which now are reality. I moved to a new place, joining forces with my friend Lex, in a loft in San Francisco that we call, “The Lotus”. Our Temple of the Mountain Where Birds Fly Standing.

Our shared home vibrates from the large collection of crystals spread consciously through the house to create our own grid, allowing creation to blossom. What I have discovered as a result is that I am slowly shifting my consciousness from my mind in my head to my heart, our true connection with each other and everything that is.

Most of humanity’s consciousness moved from our heart to our pineal gland during phases of illumination, thousands of years ago when we became aware of our mind, 300 years ago in Europe the Years of Illumination or the birth of intellectualism. Centered in the skull, our consciousness immersed in our mind took over control, within a perspective detached from the outside reality, only using our three eyes and our four other basic senses to witness the world. Our world has only existed in our head, trying to find a place in the outside world. We have lived in fear of what we Think we can’t control.

World leaders have consciously kept our pineal gland, our third eye, blind so we have been in the dark, disconnected from what our heart can feel, is part of and creates, our reality.

Recognizing the patterns in our life, in our history, in nature, on the earth, in our solar system, in our galaxy, in the universe, in multiple dimensions, in one point in space and time, yes we can.

Our mind may not conceive the magnitude of infinite potentiality, our Self, pure consciousness, one connected with all that is, infinitely potent.

How much is needed to have a thought present in the mind during the pure awareness of an experience?

How much do we have to know to allow what we don’t know, to be?

How much do we control what we know and what we don’t know?

Is what we know or don’t know any different if we know or don’t know about it?

How much can you deal with in your current state of existence?

I choose to release my control to the collective consciousness.

Lex and I, partnering to share our individual and mutual visions with the world, support each other’s growth and awakening. We consciously live in total honesty, with ourselves, with each other, and with all we encounter. In the safe comfort of the “Lotus” I am, as a result, able to release all my wants, all my desires, all my dreams and all my control, to the universe and to the collective consciousness to receive freely the help that comes to me in infinite forms and beautiful surprises.

The best example is how Lex and I found the Lotus. We both stated verbally what our dream home needs to have for now and found it online within five minutes. I then released all control, having only stated my desires. I then released those desires and let Lex take charge. We both knew in our heart we had found our new home, and like magic, all availability, coordination of 3 moving locations, scheduling and financial obstacles evaporated and within two weeks we were in the “lotus”. This is when I realized the end of my patterns of challenges, and started a new cycle of fun, manifesting my dreams in the moment, faster than ever before.

My wish for 2010 is to end our human made destructive cycles and start a new cycle using heart communication, allowing us to manifest our most beautiful dreams.
My ultimate dream is to share the feeling of pure consciousness, pure existence, unconditional love, that only with a physical body we can feel.

Life is so exiting. As I live in the moment, I now reconnect with the child in me.

The child who thrived in nature, swimming in and sailing on the ocean, running barefoot on rock edges, running after cows with the dog in the fields, using his imagination to create an adventure in a backyard, improvising puppet shows, what happened to that child?

Well, like all of us, that child, me, learned the rules, adopted the imposed traditions to fit in society, reproduced all past unresolved trauma onto himself and/or others and lost temporarily his sense of Self.

Today, I have found that child again, and the child in me is so excited to benefit from everything I have learned and keep awakening to. Right now, life is, life always has been and life always will be.

The Universe, Oneness, Prime Creator, Creative Spirit, Cosmic Spirit, God in all of its forms, the whole of it together as one, as one entity, is aware of it all.

We are aware, we are that consciousness we are one with universal consciousness, and with that awareness we are given a body, the body with a mind that allows us to connect with the body.

Our mind interprets the desires of our consciousness. The pure, guided by the source, self.
Living in the constant energy flow of life, fueled by love, creating the harmony that we find in the fluidity of water, the transparency of the air, and the warmth of energy in motion, the action, and the foundation of the earth.
Our body is a sensor, it allows to taste, smell, touch, see, hear, and more. At the very center of our brain we have our pineal gland, which holds our individual master DNA strand, acts as an eye into three dimensional time in a single space. This is, by the way, supposed to be THE secret that has been kept from humanity until recently. So we have a 3rd eye. Our 3rd eye allows us to see in three dimensional time. Wherever we are, we can see what happened, what is happening and what will happen in that space.
We can connect to ourselves in the future, as that space is unique. Everything is that space in the universe, everything is connected to that space.

In the single time. Everything exists in that time, in the moment, in the now, right here.

With our mind, we create, what we want to see, we create what we want to feel, we create what we want to experience, we create what we want to discover, we create what we like, what we love, we create with our thoughts, now.

We are pure consciousness, using our mind as a tool to communicate with our body. Our body as a multi-sensory organism, is like a recording machine for everything happening in the moment, and our body helps us perceive more than our mind will accept today, and will our mind accept that?

Our third eye perceives three dimensional time, connecting life’s span in a single space.

Our two eyes perceive three dimensional space, connecting life’s span in a single moment.

Our ears allow us to locate ourselves in the three dimensional space and three dimensional time in the single space and single time we live in.

Our touch, taste buds and our ability to smell allow us to identify other life forms sharing the single space and single time we live in.

Our skin functions like the walls of our trillions of cells, letting air, water, energy, and matter go through either way as needed.

Every part of our body is conscious and connected to the moment.

Every part of our body obeys our thoughts.

The only thing we can control is our thoughts.

We create our present, at all time. We make our life as we think it.

We look like we think we look.

When our thoughts are primal and free of judgment, they serve as guide for the body to do better what it already knows to do.

When our thoughts are in alignment with universal life, they become conscious actions, and there grows the seed of creation.

There is the answer to the 12-21-2012 question. We create our reality in the moment, and we now have about 3 human years to adapt to instant manifestation of our thoughts. Think it : Here it is

Life starts with motion.

The universe starts the life process with the primal sound at the source of it all with motion.

Motion creates a wave, and that wave eventually reflects on itself breaking into multiple waves each with a unique pattern.

We can see the wave as light, a limited perception we have from the 3D perspective of higher dimensional manifestations.

We can feel and we can hear the sound created by each unique wave frequencies.

Across 11 dimensions or more, wave frequency patterns cross each other and create the multi-dimensional web of life.

The primary wave delegates the creation of other waves each time a new wave is created. The creation process is infinite and breathing in and out from total existence to universal stillness.

This web is perfect. Every unique part of the web plays its part at the right moment and place, the right way, and with the right elements.

Through our universal web connection we have access to the entire universe’s library.

First, we have to be aware of our Self existence.

Then we accept the existence of what is.

At that point life is a field of infinite potentiality, and the information we need is there at all times, we just need to be aware. We have the tools to search the universal library.

The library is open indefinitely, the library card is free and paperless, and the access is granted to who wants to access it.

The door is in our body and is open and it appears when we silence our thinking machine and let the mind be the communication tool it is, to send the instantaneous thought of our question and receive the instantaneous answer from the universal web library.

The answer manifests in whichever way we are meant to receive it, be it a thought, a feeling, a vision, a sound or other sensation.

So we are connected as one with each our own unique purpose in the constant creation process, we have everything we need and love, we are where we need to be at the right moment, we are doing our best at all times, everything happens for a reason, so why worry about any of it?

WE CREATE THE FUTURE IN THE MOMENT. WE CONTROL OUR LIFE BY OUR ACTIONS

We are only controlling when we are aware of our actions and their effects.

Judgmental rambling thoughts are a form of action that manifest in one way shape or form or dimension.

The awareness starts by recognizing the existence of those judgment thoughts.

The key to replacing judgment is unconditional love and acceptance.

I understand that judgments I place are projections of my own life, from positive to negative, onto others.

Projections reflect ourselves for others to see, sending out an energy that will manifest, our creation power at work.

The best I can do is to be at peace and let love come through me.

In the moment I share peace with all who I encounter.

I wish all to awaken to the support life offers, unconditional love.

You are full of love.
